Whittaker IT Limited ("we", "us"), company number 15872445, operates this service ("the Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms.
The Service surfaces newly incorporated UK companies, filtered by location and industry, using data sourced from the Companies House public register. Data is provided "as is" — we don't guarantee its accuracy, completeness, or timeliness, and it isn't financial, legal, or credit advice.
You must provide accurate information, keep your login secure, and are responsible for activity under your account. You can sign in with an email and password, or via Google or Microsoft, and can enable optional two-factor authentication from your Account page.
You agree not to scrape, resell, or bulk-redistribute data from the Service; circumvent rate limits or access controls; or use the Service to send unlawful or unsolicited communications in breach of PECR/UK GDPR. Any outreach you send to companies or individuals found through this Service is your responsibility to make lawful — we provide the data, how you use it to make contact is on you.
The Service is currently offered as a free trial, requiring a valid payment card via our payment processor Stripe — we never receive or store your full card details ourselves. Paid subscriptions, once introduced, are billed in advance and can be cancelled anytime from your Account page, taking effect at the end of the current billing period. We don't offer refunds for partial periods, and we'll give reasonable notice before any price change.
The Service is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of it, including losses from inaccurate data or outreach you conduct based on it. Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.
You can close your account anytime from the Account page. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms. We may update these terms occasionally; continued use after a change means you accept it.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Questions can be sent via our Contact Us page.
